In the context of continuing growth of international business, traditional practices and available options of international dispute resolution are coming under scrutiny by users who would like to see them better customized to their needs.

In recent years, Singapore became one of the global leaders in the international dispute resolution landscape, with an ambition to become an international “legal hub” based on an ecosystem of highly qualified professionals specialized in legal, accounting and business advisory services supported by the business-friendly environment and modern infrastructure of Singapore.

Mr. Michael Peer and Mr. Dmitry Kosarev will share their practical experience and views about changes in the International Dispute Resolution landscape and how corporate users can benefit from these changes:

  • What challenges traditional international dispute resolution mechanisms are facing?
  • Does mediation offer sufficient alternative opportunities?
  • What can corporate users and their in-house counsels do to increase efficiency of international dispute resolution?

- Please note that this event is restricted to French Chamber members only -
