BEPS is an initiative from OECD and G20 countries offering recommendations to harmonise tax systems of different jurisdictions to counter practices that are exploiting gaps and mismatches in tax rules to arti-ficially shift profits to lower tax jurisdictions where there is little or no economic activity. Several ASEAN countries have started implementing the BEPS recommendations.

Come and take the opportunity to understand how changing transfer pricing and permanent establish-ment rules may impact your business in ASEAN.
