General Management
Since its opening in 1984, CIC has developed the following lines of business:
Asian syndication market
Specialised lending and structured finance out of Singapore and Sydney
Forex and Treasury services for financial institutions and corporate customers
Private banking for high networth individuals through its subsidiary CIC Investor Services Limited (Hong Kong) and in Singapore Branch
SME : International development range of services for French CIC clients.
The Bank has expanded its scope of activities through other subsidiary:
Private banking: Banque Transatlantique (Singapore) in 2001 (See Banque Transatlantique page ...)
CIC Singapore is also the Regional Centre for Hong Kong subsidiary, Australia Representative Office and for banking activities in Asia Pacific region.

Lines of Business
CIC is operating three main lines of business out of Singapore Branch.
Structured & Corporate Finance Activities are under the responsibility of Ms Julia Tan who also supervises Sydney Representative office. The product lines operated in Asia in co-operation with the Head Office Structured Finance Group are: LBO Finance, Aircraft Financing, Shipping Financing, Project Finance, Securitisation , Corporate banking relationship with MNC.
All Asia Pacific countries are covered by this business unit.
For small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) clients of CIC in France, there is a specific desk headed by Mr Eric Aubry; accordingly, CIC can extend a range of services to SMEs willing to establish business in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
Private Banking : This line of business is under the responsibility of Mr Paul Kwek. The regional coverage applies mainly to the following countries, but not exclusively: Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc. and provides comprehensive range of private banking products and services
Forex and Treasury activites: The dealing room activities is under the responsibility of Mr Didier Ballenghien and is organized through four desks.

Sales and Advisory for Financial Institutions.
Sales and Advisory for Private Banking
The dealing room covers all countries of Asia Pacific. |
