Jean-Francois Cousin is an executive coach serving well-known multinationals, successful CEOs and fast-growing SMEs in Singapore and Thailand since 2006. To date, he has coached over 200 executives from 15 nationalities in all kinds of positions and businesses. Leonard Lee comes from a 14-year corporate regional Human Resources (Lafarge, Reuters) as well as consultancy background (SHL). His areas of specialisation include Learning and Development, Talent and Organisational Development, Performance Management as well as Psychometrics Assessment. He is currently Vice-President, Human Resources in Learning and Development in Barclays Capital for Asia-Pacific.
Muriel Pierra joined the Schlumberger Group in 1996 as HR Assistance Manager. She then held multiple regional and global positions as HR Manager (North America) and Project Manager in the USA, Latin America and Asia. Some of her Project role highlights took place when she joined the Spin-Off Team (2003), as the Smart Card Branch of Schlumberger went public, and during the merger of Axalto and Gemplus in 2006. Muriel will present the practical aspects of two programs (Mentoring and Buddying programs) running rather successfully at Gemalto today.
