Administration & Translation Services

The French Chamber of Commerce of Singapore can assist you with all services necessary to access the market: through legal passes (Employment Pass, Dependant Pass for example) and other services such as translation and administrative domiciliation.

Full support in your application of Work Permits & Visas

• « Employment Pass» for foreign professionals and executives wishing to work in Singapore;

• « Dependent Pass » for spouses and family members;
• « Long term Social Visit Pass/Training Employment Pass » for common-law spouse and final-year university students.

Administrative domiciliation services (3 months minimum)

• Registration with an official address on Singapore’s renowned Orchard Road;

• Transfer of phone/fax messages through mobile/fax/email and storing and/or forwarding of postal mail;

Administrative support

• Translation of official documents from French to English certified by the French Embassy, e.g. marriage/birth certificates, driving license, diplomas, grade reports, Bizfiles/Kbis, etc.

• FCCS Meeting rooms rental: 4-person, 15-person or 24-person capacity with Internet access, including overhead projector and flip chart facilities;

• Administration of the company life (bookkeeping, payroll, company taxation, corporate secretarial, auditing, certified company profile search…) with one of our partners.

Translation Services from French to English

The French Chamber of Commerce can translate your official documents in-house from French to English. These translations are certified by the French Embassy. Average waiting time is two weeks.

Typical documents are: marriage/birth certificates, driving license, diplomas, grade reports, Bizfiles/Kbis, etc… Please note that we do not take Legal or technical documents.

Prices:

• 37.45 SGD per page
• 53.5 SGD for a Driving License
