Duties and responsibilities:
1. Stores Performance Evaluators - Training
• Guiding the Store Performance Evaluators (SPE) through our registration process
• Training the SPE based on project requirements
2. Survey Quality Check
• Validating and improving the language, flow, and readability of the survey or report, wherever
• Communication and following up with SPE’s whenever required
3. SPE Recruitment
• Recruit SPE’s from our database, referrals or through recruitment websites
• Encouraging them to register as an SPE
Previous Work Experience:
A previous experience in Luxury Industry or Customer Experience agency would be a plus
