This collaboration has become obvious for MNC to accelerate their innovation and for start-ups to support their development. However, these actors are confronted to differing state of mind and culture, to diverse management and organization styles and near-to-opposite relationship to time and money.

About the speakers

Aude BENETON and Delphine DESAULLES are certified executive coaches, speakers and trainers with an extensive experience as managers in corporate environment (FMCG, Luxury industry) and as coaches for leaders and multicultural teams (Merck, Air Liquide, Clarins, MHD...).

Aude holds an INSEAD Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and Delphine a Masters in Management.

They have joined their forces to focus together on group dynamics and collaboration development programs. They are trained in co-development.
