With the shift to remote work, we’ve all begun communicating virtually but how can we communicate better so as to lead our teams more effectively?

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the way we work. Business leaders have to learn to adapt to a remote working culture and find new ways to keep their teams aligned, engaged and motivated. As video has replaced face-to-face interaction, having meaningful conversations has become increasingly important. Furthermore, with mid-year performance reviews around the corner, there will be many new challenges for all.

To empower leaders to have more effective discussions, Transform Your Conversations (TYC) will be organizing a highly-interactive workshop which aims to help you to explore:

• The factors which influence employee engagement.

• The importance of listening and asking powerful questions.

• The emergence of a coaching mindset as a key factor in building engagement and trust.

• The keys to communicating effectively remotely.
