  • Louis Heriard-Dubreuil from Lagardere will share with us how they leverage AI to deepen their knowledge of the consumer purchasing motivations.
  • Elisabeth Jouguelet from Shiseido will share with us the challenges that the brand is facing in understanding how the multiple touch points influence the act of purchase and the cultivation of the traveler.
  • Finally Arnaud Frade from Ipsos, will present how the research company accompanies its clients in understanding the path to purchase.

We will end the morning with a panel discussion animated by Isaline Duminil from JCDecaux.
