Lucas is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and an Avocat à la Cour in France. He specialises in complex commercial transactions in the tech sector with a strong focus in particular in medtech and biotech , including drafting complex distribution agreements as well as cross border dispute resolution and international arbitration in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Lucas is interested in the development of digital technology and disruption. He is a member of the think tank Live with AI and part of its Blockchain & Health working group
