On Friday 18 November 2022, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore will hold its annual Gala Dinner at the Shangri-La hotel.

We will be privileged to host Two-Michelin-Star Chef Maxime Gilbert, from Ecriture Restaurant in Hong-Kong, who will reveal his sumptuous dinner, as the world of extravaganza unfolds before your eyes!

• 6.30pm: Champagne Reception
• 8pm: Welcome Address
• 8.30pm: Dinner with Entertainment with Stefan Leyshon  as the Master of Ceremony

• 11pm: Dancing till late
