The way we manage workplaces in multiple locations has evolved. This has been driven by the growing trend towards connectivity and automation, the need to maintain compliance in unique environments, development of sustainable infrastructure, and the increasing importance for integrated facility management to achieve economies of scale.

The way we manage workplaces in multiple locations has evolved. This has been driven by the growing trend towards connectivity and automation, the need to maintain compliance in unique environments, development of sustainable infrastructure, and the increasing importance for integrated facility management to achieve economies of scale.

In this session, we will look at how operational needs differ across Southeast Asia, including geopolitical and cultural observations that can influence workplace management priorities. We will identify the common challenges of managing non-core operations (especially in dispersed locations) and talk about how Internet of Things (IoT) can be a game changer in creating better working environments.

We will also share several case studies on how these best practices are employed to:

  1. Unify operations in various countries
  2. Improve cost efficiency and revenue margin
  3. Create successful environmental policies
  4. Increase productivity, job satisfaction, and employee wellbeing
