CMA CGM Group to Acquire Fattal Group to Strengthen End-to-End Logistics Capabilities

CMA CGM Group has entered into an agreement with the shareholders of Fattal Group for the acquisition of 100% of Fattal Group.

The transaction, expected to close in Q3 2026 pending regulatory approvals, marks a strategic step in CMA CGM’s ambition to become a global leader in integrated logistics and supply chain solutions.

By incorporating Fattal Group’s distribution platform, CMA CGM will expand its capabilities downstream, strengthening its proximity to end markets and consumers, particularly in the fast-growing Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The acquisition is also seen as a signal of long-term confidence in Lebanon, alongside a broader strategy to drive growth, enhance regional presence, and deliver increased value to customers and partners.
