GTT Unveils LNG Performance Centre and Next-Generation LNG Fuel Solution for Container Vessels
GTT has announced two major developments within its GTT Energy division: the launch of the LNG Performance Centre, a new service ecosystem dedicated to optimising the performance of LNG carrier fleets, and the introduction of a next-generation LNG fuel solution designed for container vessels.
The LNG Performance Centre brings together a range of services structured around three pillars: cargo management, voyage optimisation, and containment system performance monitoring. The offering combines round-the-clock support from experts and experienced captains with a suite of digital solutions built on GTT's proprietary data and advanced models.
The new LNG fuel solution, meanwhile, is designed specifically for container ships. It features a standardised cubic geometry that reduces construction lead times and maximises cargo capacity, with an operating pressure of up to 2 barg. The solution has already received Approvals in Principle from Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas.
