L-Acoustics Founder Christian Heil to Receive Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Award

L-Acoustics has announced that its Founder and President, Dr. Christian Heil, will be honoured with the Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Award.

The recognition will be presented at the Parnelli Awards in January 2027, marking the 25th anniversary of the awards, which celebrate leading figures in live entertainment.

Dr. Christian Heil is recognised for his pioneering contributions to the audio industry, including the development of the modern line-source array and innovations such as V-DOSC, K1, L-ISA Hyperreal Sound technology, and the L Series.

The award highlights his long-standing influence on live event sound engineering and the evolution of large-scale concert audio systems over the past three decades.
