Martell Unveils “Flavours of Martell,” a Culinary Collaboration with Singapore’s Top Chefs

What happens when an iconic cognac intersects with the creativity of Singapore’s leading culinary talents? Pernod Ricard introduces “Flavours of Martell,” a new gastronomic initiative that brings together three of the city’s most innovative chefs for a shared exploration of flavour, craft and storytelling.
In partnership with Tatler Asia, Pernod Ricard has collaborated with Chef Michael Wilson of Marguerite, Chef JJ Law of Province, and Chef Nicolas Tan of Willow. Each chef crafted a menu inspired by their personal journey to Cognac, translating their experience into dishes that reflect both their culinary philosophies and the essence of Martell.
The campaign goes beyond traditional pairing. It delves into the harmony between cuisine and cognac, showcasing how Martell’s complex notes can elevate, enhance, and even transform the core identity of a dish. The result is a series of menus that highlight depth, balance and innovation through thoughtful flavour integration.
Available until mid-December, “Flavours of Martell” demonstrates the brand’s ongoing commitment to shaping the world of luxury gastronomy and fostering meaningful moments of conviviality.
