In our latest edition of “A Conversation with”, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Kerry Mok, President & CEO of SATS Ltd, for a thought-provoking dialogue on leadership, agility, and innovation in a rapidly evolving aviation landscape.
The discussion explored how SATS navigates transformation and resilience in a post-pandemic environment, addressing topics such as workforce adaptation, digitalisation, and AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency. Participants also examined cross-border collaboration in the ASEAN region, the integration of diverse corporate cultures, and the importance of people-centric leadership in driving sustainable growth.
The session, moderated by Ms. Sylvie Gleises, CEO of AXA XL and President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore ,concluded with a dynamic Q&A, offering valuable insights into the future of the aviation ecosystem.
