Internal investigations into corruption can be difficult to prepare for because they can vary so significantly, in particular in APAC where multiple jurisdictions are often involved.
Hogan Lovells provided practical guidance on how to navigate the common complexities of investigations into corruption. The session also generated some productive discussions on topics such as Technology Assisted Review and data sharing amongst group companies.
