This session brought together professionals and business leaders for an engaging discussion around leadership, career growth, adaptability, and personal development.

Let go to grow as a leader
Moving from being a doer to a leader means trusting your team, letting go of perfection and being comfortable with taking risks. It also means having the courage to make difficult decisions when they are needed.
Build your village
Career success rarely happens alone. Strong networks, mentors, coaches, colleagues and family provide the support and perspective needed to navigate new environments, challenges and the trade-offs that come with ambition.
Believe in yourself and keep reinventing
