Past Event | Leadership Program – Managing Performance

As part of the FCCS Leadership Impact Program, the 4th instalment focused on Managing Performance and was led by Don Rapley, Managing Director at TYC Transform Your Conversations. The session explored how effective delegation, empowerment, and structured performance practices are key to building high-performing teams in today’s evolving workplace.

Hosted at Schneider Electric, the session brought together participants for an engaging and interactive learning experience centered on leadership effectiveness and team performance.

The programme opened with an insightful fireside chat with Yoon Kim, President Cluster Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei at Schneider Electric, who shared his perspectives on leadership challenges and the importance of fostering clarity, accountability, and trust within teams.

Participants then explored practical frameworks and tools to enhance delegation, alignment, and performance outcomes, with a focus on setting clear milestones, establishing checkpoints, and strengthening decision-making processes.

By the end of the session, participants gained actionable insights into how to better manage performance while empowering their teams, reinforcing that effective teams are built on clarity, structure, and trust.
