Past Event | Leadership Program - Navigating Change 2026

To lead effectively in today's environment, leaders must understand how to drive change. What are its different layers, drivers, dynamics and risks?

While each change initiative is different, people are always at the core. That’s why the FCCS Leadership Program’s session, Navigating Change: Leading Impactful Transitions with Stakeholder Engagement, put people first.

Hosted by TotalEnergies, this workshop started with a fireside chat. Marine Queniart Stojanovic from Granate Health and Laurent Chaveron from TotalEnergies shared what decades of experience leading change in organisations had taught them. Their stories, which blended general advice and personal anecdotes, added depth and perspective to the subsequent workshop led by Marie-Laure Caille from The Human Factor.

The objective of the workshop was to provide participants with key tools and examples so that they can better:

· Approach change within their environment and teams positively and constructively

· Strengthen their ability to drive and sustain change

· Develop strategies to address the different forms of resistance to change

· Inspire and motivate team members to see change as an opportunity for growth and innovation

Participants left the workshop with more clarity about the different aspects of change programs, and more confidence in their ability to drive them.
