Past Event | Leadership Program - Time Management
Great leadership isn’t about doing more — it’s about focusing on what truly matters.
As part of the FCCS Leadership Impact Program, this hands-on session, led by Claire Kolly, Founder and Director at EDLT.global, explored how leaders can move beyond traditional time management to a more strategic approach to prioritization, decision-making, and energy management.
In a context where resources are often limited and demands constant, participants worked on practical ways to:
• prioritize effectively and stay focused on high-impact work
• make confident decisions under pressure
• eliminate common time-wasters
• delegate with clarity and set stronger boundaries
A key shift? Moving from managing time to managing energy and focus — creating space for strategic thinking rather than constantly reacting to urgency.
We were also privileged to hear from Laurent Hochet, Managing Director Singapore & Malaysia at Sodexo, who shared how he encourages his teams not to be consumed by day-to-day tasks, but to step back and focus on what truly creates long-term value. His emphasis on a “client for life” mindset offered a powerful reminder that prioritization is not just about efficiency — it’s about impact and sustainability.
