Past Event | Learning Expedition at Adecco x NTU

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) was delighted to welcome 30 MBA students from India for a Learning Expedition at Adecco Singapore, organised in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Led by Sachet Sethi, Associate Director of Permanent Recruitment at Adecco, the session provided valuable insights into the evolving employment landscapes in Singapore and India, with a particular focus on the growing impact of AI on the job market.

The discussion explored candidates’ priorities and expectations across both markets, their level of AI readiness, and the skills needed to remain competitive in an increasingly technology-driven and fast-changing employment landscape. Sachet also shared practical perspectives on navigating these changes and standing out in an evolving job market.
