Past Event | Learning Expedition at Atos x NTU
The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) was delighted to welcome 30 Master's students in AI and Data from India for an insightful Learning Expedition at Atos, organised in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Jio Institute.
The session brought together students and Atos experts for an open exchange on what AI adoption looks like in today's business environment. From transforming operations with AI to addressing challenges related to governance, cybersecurity, regulation, and trust, the discussions explored both the opportunities and responsibilities that accompany this rapidly evolving technology.
We extend our sincere thanks to Andreas Walter, COO of International Markets and Managing Director Southeast Asia at Atos, for sharing valuable insights into AI strategy and business applications. His presentation highlighted how Atos is leveraging trusted AI innovations globally and across the region to help organizations accelerate intelligence while maintaining security, compliance, and trust.
The session offered students a comprehensive perspective on the convergence of sovereignty, Agentic AI, and cybersecurity in enabling resilient, autonomous, and agile AI-driven business transformation while valuable insights into Atos Southeast Asia and Atos India were shared as well.
Mahesh Enukollu, Data & AI Lead at Atos Singapore and Jan de Meijer, Head of Cyber Solutions for Atos APAC, shared their experiences and perspectives from the front line of AI transformation including the evolving AI regulatory landscape and discussed the importance of governance as enterprises scale AI in mission-critical environments.
The session concluded with Kelly Ang, HR Lead at Atos Singapore, who provided perspectives on the skills and capabilities required to thrive in an AI-driven future. Students left with a deeper understanding of real-world AI adoption and a practical mindset for driving responsible innovation in the age of AI.
