A Sparkling Celebration of 60 Years of France–Singapore Relations!
The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) had the pleasure of hosting its signature Gala Dinner, L'ETINCELLE at the iconic Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, bringing together over 850 esteemed guests from the French and Singaporean business communities for a dazzling evening of elegance, gastronomy, and celebration.
This year’s edition held special significance, marking both 60 years of Singapore’s independence and 60 years of relations between France and Singapore.
Our President Ms Sylvie Gleises opened the evening by welcoming our distinguished Guests of Honor:
- Ms Grace Fu Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Singapore
- Mr Yannick Bolloré, Chairman & CEO of Havas
- Mr Eric Lombard, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Soverignity, France
In a ballroom transformed into a magical setting, guests were treated to an exceptional dinner designed by Chef Patron Julien Royer, 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Odette, in collaboration with his Pastry Chef Louisa Lim. This exclusive menu, paired with the finest French wines and champagne, delighted the senses and set the tone for an evening to remember.
From live entertainment to a luxury draw featuring prizes from prestigious maisons and international labels, the atmosphere was festive, refined, and full of unforgettable moments.
