Past Event | Site Visit to Schneider Electric’s Hub Asia Distribution Center: AI, Automation & Sustainability
Our Supply Chain and Logistics Committee recently organised an exclusive site visit to Schneider Electric’s Hub Asia Distribution Center, offering participants a first-hand look at how AI, automation and smart technologies are transforming logistics operations.
During the visit, participants discovered how the hub is evolving towards a more autonomous, efficient and sustainable model. Highlights included the newly implemented goods-to-person automation system, an automated outbound conveyor solution enabled by EcoStruxure Automation Expert, and smart manufacturing technologies deployed within the Regional Adaptation Center.
The visit provided valuable insights into how digitalisation can enhance productivity, optimise operational flows and support more sustainable logistics.
