SMEs are not only a core part of our community; they are also a backbone of Singapore’s economy. This session was designed to create a space for open, practical, and experience-driven discussions, grounded in real business journeys.
The evening featured a lively panel discussion with business leaders and founders sharing firsthand perspectives on what it takes for SMEs to thrive in Singapore’s dynamic and evolving business landscape. Discussions covered key challenges SMEs face today, from recruitment and talent retention to strategic growth and regional expansion.
