Pierre Hermé Paris Unveils “Into the Haute Pâtisserie” in Landmark Collaboration at National Gallery Singapore

The launch of Into the Haute Pâtisserie marked a memorable beginning for this exclusive Pierre Hermé Paris experience, created in collaboration with the National Gallery Singapore and Resorts World Sentosa, and brought to life alongside Stellaire.
The opening day was distinguished by the presence of H.E. Stephen Marchisio, Ambassador of France to Singapore, whose attendance underscored the cultural and culinary dialogue at the heart of the collaboration, as well as the longstanding friendship between France and Singapore.
Hosted in the historic Chief Justice Lobby, the commemorative pop-up represents the first time a Pierre Hermé Paris showcase has been presented outside of Resorts World Sentosa. It also signifies an important milestone in the partnership with the National Gallery Singapore for the Into the Modern: Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston exhibition, as well as continued collaboration with the Pierre Hermé Paris team.
Guests were invited to join a curator-led tour of the Impressionism exhibition, guided by Dr. Phoebe Scott and hosted by Dr. Eugene Tan, offering an art-historical perspective that enriched the experience.
At the booth, visitors can enjoy a curated selection of Pierre Hermé’s signature creations, including Infiniment Vanille, Chocolat Paineiras, and the iconic Ispahan, combining rose, lychee, and raspberry. These delicacies are available in 8- or 12-piece assortments, presented in special-edition box sets inspired by Impressionist masterpieces.
