Jooxter is a French PropTech specializing in workplace management and occupancy intelligence. Our SaaS platform helps organizations optimize office usage, reduce real estate costs, enhance the employee experience. All while supporting sustainability goals.
Jooxter’s activities in Singapore
Singapore is a strategic market for Jooxter, and we are excited to contribute to its vision of smarter, more sustainable workplaces. We are proud to collaborate with Legrand Singapore to bring smart building innovation to the region. Together, we recently took part in a panel discussion at the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) Conference, focusing on how data-driven solutions can support decarbonization and energy efficiency in the workplace. We are also working closely with Unabiz, a key IoT (Internet of Things) partner based in Singapore to expand our ecosystem of connected sensors and provide scalable solutions across buildings in the Lion City.
Why did you choose Southeast Asia and more specifically Singapore?
We chose to explore Southeast Asia and Singapore in particular because of its dynamic business environment, rapid adoption of smart building technologies, and strong commitment to sustainability. Singapore stands out as a regional hub for innovation and clear government support for digital transformation and green initiatives. In addition, hybrid work is the new norm and cost of real estate is very high. For Jooxter, it is the ideal place to start our expansion in Southeast Asia.
