Past Event | HR CLUB Breakfast Meeting June 27th 2023

We are delighted to host our HR Club Breakfast meeting to explore the topic  of  “Activating an HR Strategy Plan”.

Thank you to  Francois Suquet, Group Vice-President – HR & Corporate Social Responsibility – Asia Pacific for STMicroelectronics and co-Presidents of the HR Club for his insightful presentation. He guided us through STMicroelectronics human capital transformation program starting from its context, the focus on the employee’s journey, the changes in processes and the enabling of a true leadership culture.

The event served as a valuable platform for attendees to engage in discussions and share their own experiences and practices, exploring how we can contribute to our Company's overall strategy.

The FCCS HR Club is a “by invitation only“ Club and represents a community of professionals and experts committed to sharing best practices and expanding their knowledge on various topics relating to HR management in the region. It is a great forum to meet and network with like-minded individuals.
