In celebration of International Women’s Day, we were delighted to welcome our Women in Business Committee Co-Presidents, Anne Tan (Head of HR APAC at Campari) and Chloé Vialard (Senior Associate and Head of Strategic Partnerships, International Arbitration at Shearman & Sterling), as guest speakers for the Inspirational Women Leaders’ Series session.
Thank you very much, Anne and Chloé, for being both inspirational and genuine in sharing your personal experiences as executive leaders and your contributions to DEI - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion- initiatives.

- Find your tribe to bring you positive energy. Building a support system and surrounding yourself with like-minded people who uplift and empower you, can significantly contribute to personal growth and resilience.
- Be confident enough to listen to your own force. Only you know what is best for you.
- Implement workplace policies to empower women and promote equality: this may include initiatives such as providing paid time off for secondary caregivers and offering more training for HR staff in handling sensitive issues.

Our "Inspirational Women Leader Series" provides a distinctive platform for members to connect with special guests, discussing personal careers, women's aspirations in their industry, and promoting a vision for workplace gender equality.
