Past Event | Overview on the COMPASS system for your recruitment needs
Our Corporate Services team hosted a highly successful session about the new (COMPASS) system.
Caroline Steger (Head of Recruitment & Corporate Services) and Laetitia Lautode (Corporate Services Manager) provided an informative overview on the new MOM EP eligibility assessment (COMPASS) system, along with practical examples and useful tools and tips to help our participants navigate this new system.
The session fostered a fruitful discussion with the participants, sharing insights on how employers can better understand and recruit high-quality foreign professionals while improving their workforce diversity and building a strong local core.
