Join us to discuss how to address corruption and internal investigations in ASEAN

For our next In-House Counsel Club, join Kroll’s Reshmi Khurana (Managing Director, Forensic Investigations and Intelligence, Head of Southeast Asia) and Hogan Lovells’  Khushaal Ved (Senior Associate, Investigations, White Collar and Fraud), as they embark on a deep dive into the various methods of addressing corruption and internal investigations in ASEAN.

In this session, they will be looking to cover:

  1. Introduction – The most common types of fraud, corruption and governance issues that we see in the APAC region and how these compare to global trends
  2. How the Corporate Governance environment in the ASEAN region impacts companies and the incidence of fraud and corruption
  3. The particular challenges of conducting internal investigations in ASEAN
  4. Best practices for conducting internal investigations
  5. How investigations create an opportunity for more preventative work

Reshmi and Kush will look to cover key points that will have considerable impact on businesses with interests in the region, share relevant and pertinent case studies, and address any queries you may have during the session.
