In this committee meeting, join our speaker to explore the transformation of a business model and experiences in S&OP.

In 2019, Imerys, a global leader in mineral-based solutions, decided to change its business model to become more customer focused. Imerys moved from an organization by minerals to an organization by function and segment. One of the key pillars of this transformation was the creation of Sales & Operations Planning ("S&OP") functions.

Mr. Ludovic Sichere, former Vice President for Business Planning & Supply Chain in APAC at Imerys will share about the journey to design, build and implement the S&OP function in terms of organisation, systems and processes. In the second part of the discussion, the attendees will be invited to share about their own experience in S&OP.

Speaker

Mr. Ludovic Sichere, former Vice President for Business Planning & Supply Chain in APAC at Imerys; co-president of the Supply Chain & Logistics Committee at the FCCS.
