HR Club April 2021

The HR Clubs of Hong Kong and Singapore met online to discuss talent management and mobility. Four HR directors from 4 different industries shared their insights on the following topics:

• How do you manage, in a day to day perspective, the impacts of COVID19, especially regarding the restrictions (visas, etc)
• What are the impacts in terms of talent management 
• What actions does your organization take to promote mobility (especially among your local employees)
