Roquette Wins Global Pulse Confederation Sustainability Leadership Award at Pulses 25 in Singapore
Roquette is honored to receive the Global Pulse Confederation Pulses Sustainability Leadership Award at Pulses 25, the international pulse industry summit held in Singapore from May 20–22, 2025.
The award recognizes Roquette’s commitment to advancing sustainable plant-based innovation, highlighted by the launch of NUTRALYS® Fava S900M, a high-protein fava bean isolate introduced last year. With 90% protein content and exceptional functional and sensory qualities, the ingredient supports the creation of meat alternatives, dairy-free products, and baked goods—meeting the rising global demand for nutritious and environmentally responsible food solutions.
Sourced from local farmers and processed at Roquette’s facility in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, NUTRALYS® Fava S900M is a testament to the company’s efforts to reduce carbon footprint and ensure full traceability across the value chain.
