Mission & Objectifs

Le comité Women in Businesss vise à promouvoir la diversité des genres, l'égalité et l'inclusion au sein d'une organisation, ainsi que soutenir l'avancement des femmes dans le monde du travail.

Le comité a pour objectif de :

Permettre aux femmes de différentes nationalités, travaillant et vivant à Singapour, d'atteindre la réussite professionnelle et personnelle.
Donner aux femmes une voix forte dans la communauté des affaires de Singapour.
Créer des opportunités pour les femmes afin qu'elles puissent réussir dans les futurs rôles de direction.

La chambre de commerce française encourage ses membres féminins occupant des postes de direction dans des multinationales à participer aux réunions du comité afin de leur offrir d'excellentes opportunités de réseautage, de répondre aux préoccupations en matière d'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée et de développer des compétences utiles.
