In an increasingly complex global market, the ability to achieve full upstream visibility and improve inbound planning is critical for maintaining efficiency and competitiveness for business. 

In this committee meeting, Danone will share how it embarked on a journey to provide full upstream visibility to its plants. With the engagement of Tramés as the backbone technology to support this initiative, the objective of Danone is to improve inbound planning with real-time tracking and ETA prediction capabilities. The solution deployed also leverages workflow automation to streamline the collaboration with suppliers throughout the lifecycle of orders.
