Join us to discuss recent trends in Employment Law

Join us for a timely and practical seminar unpacking the latest legal developments shaping the modern workplace, with a spotlight on the Workplace Fairness Act 2025 and developing best practices in managing workforce changes, including the use of personal improvement plans.
The Workplace Fairness Act introduces a comprehensive statutory regime to address workplace discrimination, whilst we will also discuss and consider best practices that companies can develop in managing workforce changes, in light of recent case law.
This seminar will consider the implications of these recent developments for employers, including their impact on workplace policies, internal processes, and risk management strategies. It will also provide practical insights to assist organisations in aligning their practices with evolving legal standards.
