Join senior supply chain professionals to explore talent management challenges and shape actionable insights for a collective thought-leadership paper

In partnership with France Supply Chain, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is continuing its Supply Chain Expert Working Group initiative, bringing together a group of senior supply chain practitioners and industry leaders.

The next session will focus on Supply Chain Talent Management, exploring how companies can attract, develop and retain the talent needed to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving supply chain landscape.

Participants will share their experiences, identify key challenges and emerging trends, and discuss practical approaches to areas such as skills development, talent attraction and retention, leadership, and workforce transformation.

The session will provide a focused and collaborative platform for peer exchange, with discussions structured around identifying key insights and perspectives that can contribute to a future thought-leadership publication to be shared with the wider supply chain ecosystem.

The session will also serve to align participants on the key questions, scope and methodology for the collective work.
