Join this hands-on training to learn how to adjust your company’s global sustainability strategy to fit Singapore and the wider region priorities

French companies operating in Asia often inherit group-level sustainability strategies designed for global alignment. However, effective local implementation requires adaptation to regional realities — from regulatory expectations and stakeholder priorities to market maturity and resource constraints.
This interactive session provides participants with practical tools and frameworks to localise their group sustainability approaches for Singapore and the wider Asia region. Through case examples, group discussions, and guided exercises, participants will learn how to translate corporate commitments into actionable local initiatives and meaningful reporting.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how global sustainability strategies can be effectively localised in Asia.
  • Identify regional ESG priorities, regulations, and stakeholder expectations.
