Crédit Agricole CIB Recognised Among Singapore’s Top 300 Employers in the Singapore Opportunity Index 2025

Crédit Agricole CIB has been recognised as one of the #Top300Employers in the #SingaporeOpportunityIndex 2025 as both a Career Launcher and Career Developer.

Developed by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, the index evaluates how organisations support meaningful career growth and improve economic outcomes for employees through fair and competitive pay progression, clear pathways for advancement, inclusive hiring practices and strong retention driven by meaningful work.

Over the past two years, Crédit Agricole CIB has welcomed 126 local young professionals, including 63 fresh graduates and 63 interns, through its young talent programmes designed to integrate them into the profession while accelerating their development.

At the bank’s Tech & Innovation Hub, two flagship initiatives launched in 2024, Catapult for internships and Propeller for graduates — provide hands-on experience in cutting-edge #BankingTechnology and #Innovation.

This recognition highlights Crédit Agricole CIB’s ongoing commitment to nurturing talent and supporting professional growth.
