Member Spotlight | B2G Consulting: Predictable, Profitable Performance – Delivered

Frédéric Gomer, Managing Partner at B2G Consulting, shares insights on their unique approach to operational turnarounds and and the value of FCCS.

What is the history behind B2G Consulting?

At B2G Consulting, we specialise in helping manufacturers in high-value, low-volume industries—like aerospace, defence, industrial machinery, and medical devices—transform underperforming operations into predictable, profitable performance.

When I started B2G, it was a modest venture. Today, we have grown into a global consulting firm operating across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a network of more than 80 consultants and interim experts.

At the heart of our work is a model I developed called 5-10-20. It is now also a best-selling book—The Turnaround Blueprint—and it forms the foundation of how we deliver results: through rapid diagnostics, strategic clarity, and hands-on execution that creates measurable impact—fast.

We are not your typical consultants. We roll up our sleeves and work shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams to turn around underperforming plants—often in as little as 90 days.

What are the key challenges businesses face when trying to achieve sustainable improvements in operations, and how does B2G help them overcome these obstacles?

Businesses call us when customer satisfaction is slipping due to late deliveries, backlogs are growing, inventory is bloated, and cash flow is tight. These challenges are often accompanied by disengaged teams, poor productivity, and unclear cost structures—especially in configure-to-order or engineer-to-order environments where complexity and margin pressure are high.

Using the 5-10-20 model, we begin with a sharp 5-day diagnostic. In 10 weeks, we reconnect planning, procurement, and production. In 20 weeks, we rebuild operational backbones with new routines, tools, and discipline.
We commit to delivering a guaranteed ROI between 3:1 and 10:1. Most clients see improvements in delivery, cost control, and cash flow within months.

We combine an execution-first mindset with deep sector expertise. Our 80+ consultants have real-world experience—not just frameworks. We embed directly into operations—on the factory floor, in control towers, and at leadership tables.

As one EVP of Global Supply Chain shared: “We not only achieved more than our expectations but created a culture of continuous transformation.”

What are B2G’s plans for future growth?

We are expanding further into the Middle East, with a focus on Riyadh, to support firms navigating AI, digitalisation, and ESG-driven reforms. We are also investing in tech-enabled diagnostics to help leaders anticipate and fix performance gaps before they grow.

As a member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS), what opportunities have you found most valuable?

We have valued the high-quality networking opportunities and access to decision-makers across industries, allowing us to deepen relationships and stay attuned to regional priorities.
