The FCCS CEO Tech Club recently welcomed members for an insightful discussion on the future of hiring and talent acquisition. Hosted by Eric Barbier, CEO & Founder of Triple-A, the session featured Benjamin Moris, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Airwallex, who shared perspectives from over 20 years of recruitment experience across multiple regions.

Benjamin highlighted the importance of establishing clear KPIs within recruitment teams to drive performance and align hiring outcomes with business objectives. He also explored how AI is transforming talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume recruitment, while emphasising that human judgement remains essential in the final hiring decision.

Through practical examples and real-world experiences, Benjamin sparked a lively and highly interactive discussion among participants, who exchanged views on the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of recruitment.

The CEO Tech Club is an initiative from the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and co-presidents Eric Barbier -Triple A,  JC Bouglé – Authentic.ly, Denis Branthonne – Novade which gathers more than 50 French CEOs or Founders from the Tech Industry.
