Past Event | HR CLUB BREAKFAST - Building an AI Champion Community
Yesterday we held our last HR Club session for 2025 in the prestigious campus of INSEAD thanks to the hospitality of Jérémie Louis, HR Director at INSEAD.
Artificial Intelligence is a major disruptor, and organisations must adapt to remain relevant. Jérémie shared how INSEAD recognised early on that AI was not only a technology topic—but an HR topic, because it is a tool everyone in the organisation will eventually use.
One year ago, INSEAD introduced its AI Enablement Hub, an initiative designed to build awareness and capability across the school. A key realisation was the need to actively engage employees’ interest, which led to the creation of the AI Champion Community.
The purpose of this community is clear:
- Strengthen collaboration and create a space where everyone contributes as a true community
- Ensure that AI adoption is intentional, mapped out, and aligned with real organisational needs
- Develop practical AI solutions that solve concrete problems, enhance operations, and support continuous improvement
Through this approach, HR positioned itself as an enabler of responsible AI adoption—empowering people to learn, experiment, and co-create value.

The FCCS HR Club is a “by invitation only“ Club and represents a community of regional HR Directors committed to sharing best practices and expanding their knowledge on various topics relating to HR management in the region. It is a great forum to meet and network with like-minded individuals.
