Past Event | HR CLUB Breakfast - Developing our talents in difficult economic times ?
We had the pleasure of gathering with our HR Club community for a dynamic roundtable hosted at Viseo Asia. The topic of the day — "Developing our talents in difficult economic times" — sparked a rich and insightful conversation.
While we had planned to cover a broader range of themes — from succession planning to training strategies and doing more with less — the discussion naturally centered around how companies are structuring their talent management strategies in today’s evolving context. What made the session especially valuable was the active participation from everyone around the table. We heard diverse perspectives and real-life examples, which naturally led us to explore adjacent challenges.
A heartfelt thank you to Lise Bohrer from Viseo Asia for generously hosting us and keeping us fuelled with delicious viennoiseries and coffee — it created the perfect setting for this engaging exchange.
