We were delighted to host our recent session, “Agency at Work: The Secret to Going from Burnt Out to Fired Up in the Modern Workplace.”
In a world shaped by constant geopolitical, economic, and technological disruption, one question stands out: how do we sustain performance without burning out our teams?
A big thank you to Indranil Roy, Human Capital Advisory Leader & CEO Program Leader – Technology and Transformation at Deloitte for sharing his “Agency at Work” framework and practical tools to help organisations navigate uncertainty.

Anxiety = Uncertainty ÷ Agency
While uncertainty is largely outside our control, agency is not. Strengthening agency—personal, social, and growth—may be one of the most powerful levers organisations have today.
