Past Event | HR CLUB Breakfast Meeting - Developing our Talents in Difficult Times #2
On October 16th, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore hosted another insightful edition of our HR Club Breakfast Meeting, where HR leaders gathered to continue the discussion on developing talents in difficult economic environments.
The conversation explored a range of key questions, among others:
- How do organisations identify and develop their talents effectively?
- What happens when talent development isn’t done right ?
- How can organisations strike the right balance between transparency and managing expectations?
- Should talents be identified to fit specific roles, or rather based on their skills and potential?
- How roles are being adapted or outsourced to stay agile?
- How to do more with less when dealing with challenging environment?
It was an engaging and open discussion among peers, with participants sharing both challenges and creative approaches to navigating talent development in today’s uncertain context.
