Our Human Resources Committee recently organised an insightful and forward-thinking workshop titled "Talent Shaping Workshop: Strategies for Sustainable Success," held on 24 July 2025 at Liat Towers, Singapore.
Led by John Antony, Principal Consultant & Executive Coach at Cegos Asia Pacific, this morning session brought together HR professionals, business leaders and talent development experts to explore the evolving definition of talent and how to cultivate it with intention and impact.
Through practical frameworks, global insights, and engaging discussions, participants examined how to align talent development with long-term business strategy.
Key themes covered during the session included:
- Identifying potential through the spectrum of “competent” and “talented” profiles
- Integrating talent effectively by aligning individual strengths with organisational needs
- Adapting to new talent expectations and evolving career models
