STMicroelectronics is expanding its strategic engagement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enable high-performance compute infrastructure for cloud and AI data centers.

This multi-year, multi-billion-USD commercial engagement spans several product categories. ST will provide advanced semiconductor technologies and products that AWS will integrate into its compute infrastructure, enabling the delivery of new high-performance compute instances, reduced operational costs, and improved scalability for compute-intensive workloads.

STMicroelectronics’ specialized technologies support AWS in addressing the growing demands for compute performance, energy efficiency, and data throughput required to power next-generation AI and cloud workloads.
